This candy is easy to make, tastes great and makes a very nice gift!
1 pound chopped walnuts
1 pound brown sugar
1 pound butter
12 oz milk chocolate chips
In sauce pan over medium heat melt the brown sugar and butter. Bring this mixture to 300ยบ on candy thermometer. Line a cookie sheet with foil, butter the foil and sprinkle with with walnuts. Pour the brown sugar mixture over the walnuts. Top this mixture with the chocolate chips. When the the chips melt spread the chocolate over the mixture. Cool over night, then break apart.
