Simple recipe to create a grab-n-go breakfast for a busy family!
Ingredients
1 egg, lightly beaten
1 1/2 cups quick-cooking oats
1/2 cup sugar
1/2 cup milk
1/4 cup vegetable oil
1/4 cup chopped nuts
1/4 cup raisins
1 teaspoon baking powder
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
Combine all ingredients in a bowl. Pour into a greased 8-in. square baking dish. Bake at 350ยบ
for 25 minutes. Cut into squares and store in an air-tight container.
