Ingredients:
Devil's Food cake mix
1 egg
1/3 cup vegetable oil
Andes Mints
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Mix cake
mix, oil, and egg together. Roll batter
into walnut sized balls and place on a parchment lined cookie sheet. Bake for 8-9 minutes. Take cookies are out of the oven and
gently press half of an Andes mint on top of each cookie. Let the mint melt then use the back of
a spoon to gently swirl the melted mint.
