More Chicken Salad

I grilled chicken again today, and we had chicken salad sandwiches for supper.  We used a french bread for our sandwiches.  I buttered both sides of the bread and them grilled it to toast it.

Ingredients:
4 c. cubed chicken
1 c. cashews
1 c. halved seedless red grapes

(I didn't have grapes on had so I used cherries)
1 c. chopped celery
1/4 tsp. pepper
1/2 tsp. salt
1 c. mayonnaise

freshly squeezed lemon juice 
1/2 tsp. cayenne pepper


Mix ingredients together and serve on lettuce or bread.
