Raspberry Chicken

2/3 cup bread crumbs
1/4 cup minced parsley
1/4 tsp salt
fresh pepper to taste
1/3 cup olive oil
1 clove garlic
8 chicken breasts
10 oz raspberry salsa
1 1/2 cup grated monterey jack cheese

Blend bread crumbs, parsley, garlic, salt and pepper.  Brush chicken with olive oil and roll in bread crumb mixture.  Place in greased 9x13 pan.  Bake uncovered at 350ยบ for 25 minutes.  Pour salsa over chicken and sprinkle with cheese.  Bake for 10 more minutes and serve.
